|When can I check in?
||The regular check in time is 14:00. If you are arriving earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
If you will be arriving after 18:00, please let us know and we will hold the room for you.

||Check out is at 12:00. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
|Is the reception always open?
||Yes, reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
|Does breakfast cost extra?
||We serve a continental buffet breakfast from 07:00-12:00 which is included in the room tariff.
|How can I pay?
||With cash or one of these cards: Girocard, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or JCB. All taxes are included in the price.
|How can I access the internet?
||You can access the internet (free of charge) using either the WiFi network (available in all areas of the hotel) or the terminal in the reception area.
|Where can I park my car?
||We do not have any parking spaces. There is a charge for parking on the street (Mon. - Sat. / 09:00-24:00)
|Do the rooms have minibars?
||No, but drinks are always available at the bar in the reception area.
|May I bring my dog with me?
||Yes, and for free. Please let us know in advance.
|Do you have barrier-free rooms?
||Yes, some. Please ask us.
|Do you have a cot for my baby?
||Yes. Please ask us.
|Do I need to bring anything with me?
||Not really. Sheets and towels are provided. There is soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. If the hairdryer is missing, you can get one at reception.
